Bill Gall called me on a home warranty claim I and walked me through a few things to look at and send him photos of on my malfunctioning water heater. Within a few hours Ben & Roy were here with a new water heater. They took care to keep my floors clean from the snow outside and left my space better than they found it. They spent time walking me through the problem and answered all my maintenance questions. They had to maneuver between a tight space and easily removed a door that was getting in the way with no problem. Kind, professional, and knowledgeable all the way through. Thanks so much! Michele came to my home to replace kitchen tape and install bidet spray. Job was done very professionally and he also gave year of warranty on labour. Highly recommended him for plumbing work.

Highly, highly, highly recommend using Gall Plumbing. Bill, the owner, came out for an emergency sump pump repair on a SUNDAY NIGHT after dinner. I was blown away at how fast he was able to get to our house, in addition to the education he provided on our situation.Bill was straight forward with our need in getting a new pump, and more importantly gave us options.
