The employees are all very knowledgeable and our rug is stunning. We walked in thinking we would just learn a little about rugs because we doubted they would have anything modern we liked. However, they actually had a few we liked. We fell in love with the perfect one and were excited to bring it home. We had a small concern with it and when I called, they sent someone out to look at it within a couple of hours! Their customer service is the best we’ve ever experienced.
