. I was not satisfied with the first cleaning, I had on two of my area rugs so I gave them a call they said that they would come out and redo my area rugs at no cost. I also had a white area rug clean it really needed some TLC they had to take it out to be serviced when they brought it back in less than a week It was white as snow. ? Thank you Stanley Steemer for your service and a job well done.?
Was a VERY pleasant and informative young man. He did an excellent job. I would grade him with the highest grade possible. We are VERY pleased with his work and personal attention. With 1 being the worse and 10 being the best...I would grade him 20!!! His work was AWESOME and a very pleasant young man! We need more of his type in the work force out there! I would Highly recommend him!!!
Shane was wonderful to work with!! T very kind and thorough, went through everything with transparency and worked to get my daughters white carpet almost looking brand new!
