I had my carpet shampoo by Jon and Mike who did a great job. I did notice the next day there were still some stains that didn't come out. Rick the owner came back and not only got the stains out, but also went over the carpet and steps again. Great customer service and very professional. Highly recommend them

Preferred always does amazing work! Rick has been doing our carpets for a few years now & we always know we are getting the best service, but Rick is such a joy as well. We have dogs and small children so our carpets stink after so long, after Preferred cleans them, our house is fresher than ever! I recommend Preferred to anyone that is looking for a carpet cleaning serivce.
