“A leaking dishwasher caused cupping and buckling in our wood floor. I tried to work with ServPro. After a week of “we’ll call you back” I called The Dry Guys on a Tuesday morning at 10AM. By 1PM the same day mitigation gear was in place. 5 days later, as promised, the floor was dried out, the cupping amd buckling gone, and the gear disappeared. The Dry Guys are reponsive, professional, and perform! Don’t waste your time with the ‘professional service pros’. The Dry Guys ARE the professionals you can count on the job done right!!!“
