“I had to free up some space on my laptop in order to do an upgrade.Took it to graphite on the west side of Madison (where I had purchased the laptop) to get some pointers and was instructed to start deleting doubles, live photos and videos. It was taking me forever, so I decided to put all of my photos on an external drive. Needless to say, I found myself having major issues.
Of course, I reached out to Graphite once again. Josh came to the rescue! He worked on the project remotely, but I had mistakenly done something crazy when deleting stuff. Dropped the laptop off at Graphite on the east side (closer to where I live) and within a day, Josh had everything sorted out! “Thank you for your help with my particular and somewhat difficult wifi network issue. I am particularly grateful that you didn't just dismiss my issue and diligently troubleshot the problem.“

“Took my son’s PC in because it was randomly disconnecting from both monitors, and the fans would ramp up. Took it in on Tuesday, and it was done by Friday. The PC had a few build issues, such as some parts not being screwed in, and they fixed all of those minor issues and the main issue. The bill was better than I expected, and they even offered a 30 day warranty if the issue happened again. Definitely will go back with any computer issues in the future.“
