I came in with something simple. They were very friendly, explained to me that it was probably simple. I went to the library to get a book. It was not long, I got an email they had completed the work. It was an easy pay on line. I picked up my laptop and they explained exactly what they did. It was all very pleasant.

Laptops never fail at a good time! I contacted Sandra as my windows 10 would not load, and she helped identify the issue as a hard drive failure. I was a bit nervous as I had never worked with her before, but she was able to do what she said she would, and my files were saved, and a new hard drive was installed with a fresh OS. I appreciated her honest helpful communication, pricing was reasonable, and in the end, she was definitely a lifesaver- especially being local here in Verona. I would recommend and work with her again!

Sandra was wondearful to work with. She completely understood my computer problems and got my labtop back running in tiptop condition. She was so helpful and added extra things to the computer that I didn't even know I needed.
