“They helped me a ton! It is a bit pricey at the start when you put $ down. But I believe its worth it in the end. They ran a diagnostic test on my tower and found out that my freezing issue was due to the processor I had. Turns out he 13th i7 and 14th i7 generations were bugged. They recommended I go down a generation and now I have no problems currently. Highly recommended. And plus if you don't know how to do something yourself, half of what you put down goes towards labor which I give thumbs up to. But If you do know how to do you unfortunately won't get that back. But its still worth the trip. Plus there are some very nice and understanding people working there! PROPS to them!”
