“I spilled a cup of tea on my laptop that was storing a large amount of un-backed up data from my PhD research. While there was too much damage to the logic board for the Madison Geeks Group to repair the computer in house, they coordinated a repair with a third party that was able to fix it microchip by microchip. They took care of everything including communicating the problem with the third party to get a quote, packing and shipping the computer, and handling the payment to the third party. I was so pleased that they made this possible, as Apple and other repair shops in town wouldn't work around my need to maintain the integrity of my data in the process of a repair. Highly recommend!“
