I bought a replacement laser scanner assembly for my HP 4650 printer. The part arrived, packed well, and works great.
The instructions link online was broken, so I had to call on the phone. They answered immediately, got me the instructions I needed, and I was on my way. It's so nice to talk to a real person who knows what they're doing instead of endless call menus.
10/10, great service, my printer is working and back online. Thanks!
