I was having a hard time diagnosing a problem with my printer, i called printer techs and they helped me troubleshoot it in 15 mins, they are extremely professional positive and nice overall a great experience. On top of it all they didn’t even charge me!

We order printer fusers from them for work machines. They have always been friendly on the phone and helpful with troubleshooting. The website has lots of info. Orders arrive quickly, and our customers have little downtime.

We really appreciated the wonderful service they gave us on our older HP 3600 color laser printer yesterday. They quickly found the problems and fixed them, and the printer is so clean and works so well now. I can't thank them enough for repairing it so quickly. It means so much to have people who work hard to make our lives easy.
