The day of the appointment, they even called to see if I could come in 30 minutes early. Dr. Stephanie & Ruth were INCREDIBLE. They sincerely cared for my fur baby and explained everything to me during the exam, their recommendations and costs of everything. They called me the next day to go over bloodwork and to check on my Leo and answered my questions. Aeris and Dr. Bailey were welcoming, informative, and incredibly compassionate, especially as my dog was a bit shy at first. They took the time to make both of us feel comfortable. They also shared helpful resources like Balance.it and homecooking software, and gave thoughtful guidance around my dog’s bad breath — likely tied to needing more fiber. As someone who has only had goldens and golden mixes in the past, I really appreciated the education they provided on poodle-specific needs and considerations. We first met Dr. Kristin through a community outreach event, and I’m so glad we followed up. This woman-owned clinic is not only professional and deeply caring, but the space itself is beautiful, accessible, and clearly designed with intention. We've had good vets in the past, but this team stands out. Highly recommend.“

“This has been my veterinary office of choice for as long as I can remember. My previous dog was cared for so well by staff here, but she was easy. Our latest adoptee is a different story. He's large and in charge, but the sweetest boy deep down. I was upfront and honest with his past information that I received from the Humane Society when we adopted him, in the beginning, precautions were taken that I do not blame them for! And I'm so happy to say, that over time of him visiting, we have been able to remove some of the precautions from his visits. Dr. Livingston is the BEST! She has always been so helpful and patient. She sees him for the dope that we have at home as well. Thank you for always putting him at ease and helping us with our House Moose!“

The thought of bringing our baby to a scary place on his last day breaks my heart, and I am forever grate for the invaluable service they provide. This was such an awful day, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Nicky and Dr. Bob were so compassionate and walked us through the whole process. On another note , i feel the need to finally say something . The receptionists are for the most part, friendly and efficient . Melissa is great .
Any time I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tiffany , she is most unfriendly and rude . She actually greets you with a blank stare to the point of complete uncomfortableness . Very unsettling to deal with this behavior at the Vets office . If it wasn’t for Dr.T being so good , i would take my business elsewhere .“

They've always taken such amazing care of our pets and it was such a blessing on the worst day ever to have them with us. I can't recommend them enough. “Would highly recommend after a 6 day stay for my cat at the kitty hall. They take great care of your baby. You can tell by the very detailed report card they give you at the end of your pet's stay. The report card shows when they were fed, by whom, and cute details the kitty may have done that day. Everyone working there was attentive to my needs. They were also open to accommodating tours of the place. It was a very thorough tour with transparent prices. Easy process from tour, check-in to check-out. The staff at both the doggie dorme and kitty hall were all amazing and accommodating. 5/5 stars for sure!!! ?????“
