Dr. T, described as knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth, has earned the trust and appreciation of his clients. The clinic's receptionists are generally friendly and efficient, with one notable exception, Tiffany, who is reported to be unfriendly and rude. Despite this, the clinic's overall standard of care and support, particularly during difficult times like the passing of a beloved pet, has been consistently outstanding. Clients have been loyal to Franklin Veterinary Clinic for over a decade, even when they no longer live in the area, due to the clinic's impressive knowledge and genuine care for both animals and their owners.
I just had my first visit there and I will tell you now- it was the best decision to pick this lovely place.
Melissa was such a sweet and responsive receptionist! And even though I did forget the other lovely ladies names they were so professional and handled my pet well!
I used to go to Kenosha lakeshore clinic and they were very underwhelming, some what neglected and slightly more rougher given with my kitty.
Knowing my cat is a little antsy and skittish, these guys handled her so well and I was overall impressed with their work. I’ll be coming back for kitties rabies shots ! Thanks guys!!!
Fantastic care. Dr. T. and the whole staff. Keeping my pets best interests always first and foremost. They kept my best friend in the best health possible for all seventeen years of his short life. Thank you!

On another note , i feel the need to finally say something . The receptionists are for the most part, friendly and efficient . Melissa is great .
Any time I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tiffany , she is most unfriendly and rude . She actually greets you with a blank stare to the point of complete uncomfortableness . Very unsettling to deal with this behavior at the Vets office . If it wasn’t for Dr.T being so good , i would take my business elsewhere .
