Dr. Whitney is so personable and through! 2 days after monthly Citopoint shots, a new lineup... Hank is feeling so much better! Fingers crossed on longevity, but did I mention this fantastic individual (Doctor) came out at the end of his long day to try and jump our vehicle! Wow! Talk about going above and beyond...Thank you Dr. Whitney!
I started taking my sweet Ali, my Shih-poo, to NSAH to see Dr. Heidi Jahn in June 2024. I am so glad I made the switch—I only wish I had done it sooner.
At Ali’s first visit, Dr. Jahn recommended routine lab work, which revealed very early chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Thankfully, Ali responded very well to chemotherapy and went into remission.
Along the way, we faced several challenges accessing the local oncologist, but Dr. Jahn and the team never hesitated to help with lab work, medication refills, and anything else Ali needed. Their willingness to step in made an incredibly difficult situation much easier to navigate.
