“We thought we had a disaster to deal with but Brad assured us that it was not as bad as we thought! Brad showed us what the issue was ,told us what we needed,explained what the cost would be and what he would have to do and how long it would take. Only downside was pricing transparency. The invoice included a $200 trip/first hour charge, which felt high on top of labor and materials. I would have preferred a clearer all-in estimate upfront.

I called Oak Creek plumbing because they have done work for me 4 times in the past and Ed has never failed me. Initially the office let me know it wasn't possible to get service so quickly, but a short time later Ed called me and said he could make this work. I got drawn into Black Friday promo, but Ed & Doug saved the day even though I didn't buy appliances from them. They are very loyal to repeat customers..... highly recommended.“
