We hired RMR for a full house and garage roof replacement. They were a great contractor to partner with. Chris, a former firefighter, explained their services and process so I understood what would happen without sales pressure. They quickly scheduled us and kept the appointment. Gavin was a great project manager who instantly responded to our questions during the day. Their crew did a fantastic job with cleanup, leaving it better than they found it. Highly recommend RMR.
After calling, they were at our house that day. Determined the problem and course of action and resolved the problem within a couple days. We were having a party and they took that into consideration despite very short notice.
Fantastic costumer service and finished product. They took care of a monster, problematic tree in my backyard which hangs over multiple property lines. The Dorshak team collaborated with WE energies to safely drop power and complete the tree pruning in a single day. Highly recommend!

We had to replace our basement carpet after the recent flooding in our home. Julie the sale rep was amazing!!! The minute you met her you knew you had someone with carpet knowledge. I had a sample of our old carpet and she found the perfect color. the warmth it added to our family room was spot on. Ramone and the other installer from Alcaraz carpet did a fantastic job. We will use floor 360 for other projects in our home. Thanks so much.
Brian is an honest and knowledgeable. Our basement had flooded during the massive rain fall and I was calling around for parts to repair our water heater. I was getting quotes for 3 times as much as the part normally cost. I called Midwest Water Heater and Brian gave me a fair price. He aslo instructed me on the replacement procedure. I highly recommend Brian and Midwest Water Heater.

I can’t recommend All In Paws enough! Our 1.5-year-old shepherd/lab mix, Binx, had become increasingly reactive on walks—staring down other dogs, growling, barking, and sometimes lunging. It got to the point where our walks were more stressful than enjoyable. Brittany’s Reactive Rover class was exactly what we needed. She is organized, articulate, and genuinely cares about the dogs and their owner’s progress. The training tools we learned in class and practiced at home completely transformed our walks! Unlike other training programs we’ve tried (big-box pet stores), Brittany provided thoughtful, personalized guidance that made a real difference. Now, we not only enjoy our walks again, but we also have reliable tools (plus backups!) to redirect Binx’s focus when he does start to get a little excited. If you want to strengthen your relationship with your dog, we highly recommend Brittany and All In Paws! We’ll absolutely be returning for any future training needs.
The Kemp family and their staff are awesome. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable. They are on time and have done some of the best buildings in this city. I recommend them highly.

As a woman it is hard to find a good mechanic or somebody to help you with something you need help with without getting taken advantage of and that’s exactly how I felt when I got my car fixed at Elite B detailing and they were the kindest people I feel like at a fair price and the work was remarkable compared to the other quotes I got I am so glad that I ended up picking Elite B I saved it not only a lot of money but a lot of time and having to fix it again when it does break because elite knows what they’re doing and I don’t have to go back to get it fixed! They say the Shadys people are mechanics especially when a woman is involved in and no right rhyme rhythm did I feel any of that I felt welcome I felt I was told exactly what was going to be done and they did it so quickly I was so pleased so please only if we could have more mechanics that are as nice And true to their customers and they don’t try to go with you they make you pay for what you get fixed and it’s normally a pretty fair price I don’t go to anybody for car work anymore but ELite

Kathy is the best!!! She has many years of experience as a stylist and it shows in her work. I am a person who does not let anyone do their hair. But Kathy takes the time to take care of the hair. If you have a bad experience with a stylist or need a stylist that can take care of any texture, Kathy is your answer. She was mine!

Mai was absolutely AMAZING! She is super nice, down to earth and helps you along in the process! Numbing cream doesn't work that well on me, so my procedure was a little painful. Mai was super sweet about it, she understood I couldn't stop jerking around because of the discomfort. We chatted like old friends, such a great experience. I can't wait for the results!!

All of the techs here are the nicest guys, pleasant and professional, and they leave notes and comments with every treatment. Our lawn also looks worlds better since we started using LCS. Our front lawn used to be 1/3 creeping charlie and crabgrass, and it is now thick with healthy grass.
I really wanted to give this company a 5-star, but I think they are close to a 4.5-star. They are amazing. My roof looks amazing, and the staff is amazing but we had a small problem. My contract included tuning up my garage roof and fixing the leaks in my gutters. I was notified that another team did those repairs, but the project wasn't planned well. Those repairs weren't done immediately following the completion of the roof on my house which was a little frustrating, especially since it seemed as if the company didn't know that those repairs weren't done yet. Although it was a little frustrating, It all got done and my house looks amazing! Please use this company for your roofing needs. They are amazing!
Second time calling for some home plumbing issues and it was fast friendly efficient. Very professional we requested our original plumber out the second time and he does amazing work!

I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! Had a HUGE limb fall in my yard today. Noticed Hidden Valley working in the neighborhood and reached out hoping to get them to take care of it. They sent one of their team over like the calvary coming to save the day. And he did ! Super nice young man- polite, professional, and friendly. The massive limb was gone in 5 minutes. They will get my future business for sure. Already told my neighbor about them. Don’t hesitate to hire Hidden Valley!
In 19 we moved back here with 6 dogs. Not having a good groomer is impossible. We tried the Doggy Office and never looked back ‼️The groomer is top shelf and the other staff are excellent.
