I couldn’t be happier with the service we received for a new install of a stair runner. We started at other stores, where we received no help or advice. Kelly was quick to help us and grabbed the perfect pattern that fit our taste and style of our home. She’s so kind and easy to work with. Jesse and Tarik did a great job with the installation. They were so respectful and became great friends with my dog ❤️. I never got to meet Jim, but he did a beautiful job binding and surging. I highly recommend Floor 360!

Floor360 - Kelly, Matt and Eldorado specifically - have been a dream to work with! Kelly has made the selection and measurement process so easy. And Matt and Eldorado’s professionalism and kindness during installation was great.
