My husband and I live in an 8-unit condominium here in Oak Creek and noticed in late summer of this year (2022) that exterior bricks were starting to crack/split. Upon some investigation within our neighborhood, I discovered that they were also experiencing the same situation, and tuckpointing was the answer.
