““EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE IS NOT EXTINCT” that is the motto on their business card. That is a totally true statement!! We live in the country by New Glarus & our A/C stopped working. Brennan came out the next day. The unit is 21 yrs old but we wanted to keep it running as long as possible, since things made today are not the same quality. He diagnosed the issue & fixed the problem. We are happy to support local & have found our new HVAC business that we will be using from now on. Also we will be spreading the word with our family/friends. In today’s crazy world it is nice to find a company that has honesty & integrity.”
