Brennan came out the next day. The unit is 21 yrs old but we wanted to keep it running as long as possible, since things made today are not the same quality. He diagnosed the issue & fixed the problem. We are happy to support local & have found our new HVAC business that we will be using from now on. Also we will be spreading the word with our family/friends. In today’s crazy world it is nice to find a company that has honesty & integrity.
I would give 100 stars if I could. Ron has gone above and beyond for us. He juggles a busy schedule with ease and a sense of calm we respect so much. I trust him to fix anything and would recommend him to everyone. Connor is just as respectful and knowledgeable as Ron and never worry when they are on the job.

We recently built a new home and asked Kittleson to help make our landscape one that would frame our home and make it welcoming. Ryan and Rob began with sculpting the space and setting some absolutely beautiful natural cut stone retaining walls. Jane followed with a plan for shrubs and trees that will support our pollinators (but not so much the deer). Areas not disturbed in construction were left natural and we incorporated perennials/natives (some that we had moved with us). No-mow turf was incorporated to decrease time on maintenance and resources.
In all aspects of the project, every Kittleson staff member embraced our ideas and regularly checked in to be sure the work was progressing as expected. Their expertise, attention to detail and professionalism is extraordinary! We appreciate all of them. They are all just good souls and an absolute pleasure to work with. You can even ask our dog about that - she loves them all!

We have used Spring Valley to board our dog for the last 8 or so yrs. Teddy never had a moment of anxiety, was always happy to arrive and was greeted by name. Their team is caring and kind, always flexible with our last minute scheduling and communicated any changes or issue with Teddy immediately. We never hesitated to leave him there, even as he became older and more frail. Highly recommend!!
