I had Driftless clean my furnace for the upcoming winter.Brennan knows his stuff. ?Kudos to him. Professional and knowledgeable and efficient. I intend to do further business with Driftless HVAC very soon.
I normally don't write reviews but had to rave about the EXCELLENT service Driftless HVAC LLC provided! I had to replace very old furnace and AC units and was very nervous about initiating this! I am so very pleased I went with Driftless!I cannot say enough good about this Company! Brennan was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough in all aspects from the initial quote to the install of the units.I have had issues with a damp musty smelling basement since I purchased the home and Brennan suggested having the APCO-X UV/Carbon unit installed and I agreed to go that route and am so very pleased with the quality of the air now in my home as well as having...read full review
Our AC Unit started making strange noises late at night, but as the weather wasn’t too hot we waited until the morning to call. They picked up before the second ring right at 6:00am. The technician, Brennan, was at our house by 10:00am, as promised, and done fixing the unit at 1:00pm. He clearly explained what happened to cause the issues and how it he would fix it. Great Customer Service and very professional from the start to finish! He even provided some recommendations so this doesn’t happen again. Strongly recommend Driftless for anyone needing help with their AC unit. There is a reason all of the reviews are 5 Stars!Services: A/C system maintenance
