Scott knew exactly what he was doing. We had another HVAC company install the system (new build), and they left it with all kinds of balance issues upstairs and downstairs zones, whistling sounds we lived with for years, and inconsistent temps. The installing company could not fix the issues, but Modern Heating & Cooling had the knowledge and experience to resolve the issues. Very professional, arrived exactly when scheduled, and very personable. We couldn't be happier with the work done.
Modern Heating and Cooling is a pleasure to work with. They did a great job on installing two furnaces and AC units in a two flat we own and their service staff is prompt and efficient! I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work!
