“I have had a great experience with Pointon from start to finish. Initially JT came out to talk to me about what I was looking for and he listened to what I wanted as well as giving appropriate suggestions that made sense for my needs. He worked up an estimate and emailed it to me within a few hours. Bernie and John did the install on a new furnace, A/C and Smart thermostat. They first laid down a tarp over our carpet to protect the flooring. I am very particular, Bernie did a great job explaining the furnace installation and how future service will be easy because of the additional attention to detail of the install. John explained the A/C installation and was able to get me connected through a phone app with the Smart Thermostat. He was detailed in showing me how to use the app. These guys are exceptional. It has now been approximately 4 months since the install. I have added a photo (Lennox stock photo) of the Lennox S40 thermostat. This is awesome and easy to use with their app. I am still extremely happy with my decision to use Pointon Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for the installation of our new Lennox HVAC system.“
