“My partner has been going to GLAM since we moved to Seattle and I have nothing but great things to say about the half dozen or so times we've been there. Diana is his stylist and she is, in a word, excellent. His cuts have been absolute perfection because she's such a fantastic communicator.At my partner's last appointment, the owner (Andy) struck up a conversation with me as I was waiting. He kindly offered me a drink and asked if I had a salon. I'm recovering from significant hair loss and my pixie wasn't looking too hot -- I had a ton of curly, unruly new growth and some areas of remaining thinness. I asked if they happened to have a stylist who would be comfortable taking on the task. He said he knew the perfect stylist for the job and asked when I was available, then went to explain my situation to the stylist and see if he could work me in the day before a major holiday. My appointment was booked on the spot. Enter Eric.Well, I just had my appointment this morning and I am SO happy with my cut. I was expecting to be told I should buzz it, but Eric was able to keep a considerable amount of length and make my hair look absolutely adorable, which I feel was probably a challenge given the state of it. He was *meticulous*.Eric provided effortlessly entertaining conversation, so much so that I had NO idea I was in the chair for almost two hours -- it was clear he did not want me to leave without my cut looking immaculate, which says a lot about him. A huge thank you to Eric for the patience today, and to Andy for initiating the conversation with me and making me a client. I'm so grateful to have a stylist and a judgement-free salon to help my hair recover.“

“Pretty awesome. Been coming here for a little while now, wanna say almost a year. Started off as lip and brow waxes, moved to taking care of my acne and pimples as I'm 15 years old and have been struggling with acne since I was around 10 years old. Since my first visit with MJ, my acne lessened dramatically, and as of now, I have no active acne, and my skin is a lot healthier. She listens whenever I need a break, and she's very attentive of my facial expressions and asks me about my pain levels. Overall, I constantly have great experiences and would recommend coming here for waxing, lash lifts, and skin treatments as I've had all of those with her, and it was always a positive result.“

“Zara is the most professional microblading artist that I've ever experienced. I previously had a negative experience at another salon, so I came to her seeking a correction.Before the procedure, she thoroughly went over aftercare and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, while sketching my brows, she was sure to make sure they were perfect and I liked them. “I recently had my hair cut for the first time in 7 years by the fabulous Saida. As a woman with curly hair I had been traumatized 1 too many times by bad hair cuts in the hands of stylists who didn’t know how to cut curly hair. I explained this to Saida. She said that she was going to cut each curl piece by piece and would show me where she wanted to cut and ask before cutting each piece. That was amazing to ease my anxiety and help with my trust. I have very slow growth and Saida gave me lots of instructions on how to nourish my hair so it will break less and also how to stimulate growth. She’s genuinely such a kind person. “If you are looking into microblading around the Seattle area, Eva is THE person to go to. I had been wanting to get my brows done for the longest time, but had been scared away from doing it out of fear that they would look unnatural. I finally caved when I saw Eva's work online, and I came in a couple of months ago for my first appointment. Eva was incredibly sweet and kind, explaining the whole process to me (including the aftercare process). She was meticulous in creating the perfect brow shape for me based on what I wanted and my facial features. When I expressed that I wasn't in love with my brows halfway through the procedure, she stayed longer than the two hours I was scheduled for just so that she could make sure I was happy with the outcome. It's been one week since my touch up appointment and I am even more in love with my eyebrows than I was before. They look so natural and bring out my features like never before. “Hannah has been doing my lashes for years now and I can't recommend her enough!! Although I've had lash extensions for years, I've never loved the process of getting my lashes done and laying down for long periods of time. However, Hannah is so fast and efficient and great at making you feel soooo comfortable. She is also a perfectionist and will ensure that you have the best lashes for all your events! I love her work and I get compliments on her style of lashes all the time. She is also very flexible and has gone out of her way to accommodate me and my busy schedule. My only complaint is I can't take her with me when I move across the countryI don't think I'll ever find a lash tech as amazing as her.“
