I’ve been going to Sugar Plum on and off for the past 5 years and currently go to the Eastside studio in Bellevue. Kiara is always wonderful, professional, and friendly - I have been seeing her regularly for a while and she does a fantastic job every time. She is easy to chat with during the service and I always end up laughing - which certainly eases the pain of having your hair ripped out. Thank you, Kiara :)
