“We put in a service call this morning and the lady/girl who took the call was very good, very professional. She fully understood that we were without heat and joined us in our need. She was vey good at explaining that all the technicians were booked today, but she could get someone there first thing tomorrow. She did say that if something opened up they would get to us today. As it turned out she were able to get someone here. The technician was Josh and he was very good, he fixed the problem quickly and did not leave a mess. Chalk up another great service by All Seasons.
