We've been using the services of ThermAll Since moving to Yakima over three years ago; they have consistently been courteous, timely, and professional through all of our A/C, heating and electrical projects.
Today, Alex and Cheyenne not only came out to help me plan an additional outlet For the garage but had the open time and completed the work in under an hour and I was able to have this desired project completed.
I have to give credit. Lini, Luis and Mike did an exceptional job replacing the HVAC unit at my Mom's House. they were very professional, kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They are very efficient in their actions. The three of them removed the old unit and before I knew it the new unit was in place and functioning. They went above and beyond the expectations with their professionalism and determination that everything was installed and functioning to my satisfaction before departing. I would definitely highly recommend them for all HVAC system needs. If only all service related folks provided this level of dedication and professionalism.
Hector was awesome. He took the time to trouble shoot all possibilities for my HVAC issues, while patiently waiting for the system to cooperate and turn on, so he could hear, what I did. Profesional, friendly, expedient service I look forward to working with Hector again in the future.
