Normally, I would preform this myself. as I am selling my house, I wanted a documented inspection.

The office personnel:
They were great and polite and helpful in scheduling.

The Technician:
Daniel was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did a great job getting our HVAC system inspected and providing his assessment. Awesome Technician.

The Parts: You are going to pay unreasonable prices on some parts.
They charge $240 dollars for a $5 Titan Pro TOCF10 run capacitor. Only a 4,700% mark up.
The 20x20x4 filter was reasonable $36
The service call/Inspection was $55
Total cost was $357.85

Technician arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and kept me informed throughout the inspection. At the conclusion, he explained the recommended services and the cost.

Jenna was helpful & informative and gave us several options without any pressure. Calvin and Chestin were polite and stuck to the task. It was a bit challenging, but they made it work.

There were some issues that arose after installation. Denny took care of each issue and answered our questions along the way.

Denny had to return to help resolve an ongoing issue. He is always polite, respectful, and works hard to find solutions.

Moises came to try to fix an ongoing issue that was causing a breaker issue, which shut down the system. The part has been ordered, but Denny, Cody, and Moises have all been trying to keep it going until the problem is resolved. Moises… read full review
