The only place to go for your Hvac needs. He doesn't have a big fancy painted building so you save on labor, and I would trade that any day for the personal and caring service you receive from this family run business. When you call, the owner Brian is always the one who picks up, and even answered my million questions after hours and on a weekend. He has multiple Platte family members who work there. I was quote $12-24k with other companys and Brian came out and said I just need the outdoor heat pump and there is nothing wrong with my indoor air handler. Brian and his crew installed a new furnace,a/c and water heater. They came on time, and Brian answered all our our questions and was reasonably priced. He even helped with a venting problem for free. Highly recommendServices: Install AC

I was out of town when the cold wave came to Desert Aire, and my electric furnace died. Platte was the only Company that could come out right away on the third of January after a long holiday weekend. They came and fixed the furnace within two hours. The other Company that wanted a 375.00 deposit most in travel and fees and couldn't come for 15 more days. Dennis is the guy that helped me, and I'm very grateful for his timely service. They even were willing to send me an invoice for payment. Thanks Dennis. You're a life saver. I highly recommend Dennis and Platte.
