Juan is the best! He’s very thorough and detailed, an absolute pleasure! On a separate note, it would be great if my filters were included in the price of the prepaid maintenance package and not a separate charge. Thank you!

The tech was quick and thorough with his inspection. He answered my questions regarding the frozen condensation pipe I have had the past two winters and reassured me that I should not have problems this winter. He was kind enough to show me pictures of the insulation, condensation pipe, and heating tape.
