This company is absolutely amazing! It is rare these days to find a someone so professional, friendly, and trustworthy. They arrived right on time, listened closely to where and how I wanted everything installed, and kept me involved in the process. After completing a flawless installation (surprisingly quick) of my new mini-split, they cleaned up perfectly, showed me how to work the system, and left clear documentation. Not only that they made a second trip to my house and check to see if I had any issues and again walk me through how to use the system and the advanced features. Had the great joy of having the team at 509 Ductless install Mini Splits in my house. The old furnace was burning a hole straight through my bank account and I needed a quick and affordable solution. These guys came through with both. They came out, did a quote, explained the financing options, which are great, and had me on their schedule in about a week.
