“I cannot recommend this company enough! First and foremost they were on time, never rescheduled or delayed the install, had all the equipment /parts they needed on site.
1. Estimate
Seth gave me an estimate for a ductless mini split heat pump system. I was looking for recessed ceiling units to provide air conditioning & heating. After looking at the layout of my condo he explained my options. He gave me 3 estimates at different price points for my financial situation.
2. Install Day
Seth also came out first day of the 2 day install and gave me the run down on the schedule. He relayed my location preferences of the ceiling units to the crew.
3. Electrician
The electrician was amazing. He was able to creatively work around weird things in my condo & behind the walls that was unexpected. Kept me informed and how it was going each step of the way and nailed it with way less drywall disturbance than expected. Experience really pays off!
4. Efficiency
The 5 man crew came out and each worked in a room(s) / attic / outside- conquering the install quickly.
5. Crew
Every single person was so nice, they were professional and were super conscience of my home wearing footies, cleaning up dust and vacuuming. They seriously left my home cleaner than when they started. They worked quickly and were helpful to each other. They finished early!! What a great surprise, initially a 2 day install they finished before noon the second day! They went over how to clean the filters and how to use the system. Really great training to use my new system. ?

This was BY FAR the best company I have worked with for home repairs, installs and remodels. I will sing their praises for years to come!

“Update: 11/2023, sadly they closed. There wasn’t any notice for it and up until the month of their business closing, they were still charging for the monthly maintenance place.

I’m 75 miles away from my older parents. Their furnace quits on a Sunday. Someone’s out to check it on Monday. Parts in and swapped out on Wednesday. Something goes wrong. More parts order and swapped out on Friday. More stuff goes wrong. The end is getting a new furnace, installed on the Sunday a week after all this started.

Now for the amazing human side of this story. Kai, Cory, Cameron and Michelle kept updating me on the status of the work being done for my parents. I’m communicating via FaceTime and phone calls. Not once did I feel like they didn’t care, being given the run around, or taken advantage of. Believe me, being far away from elderly parents who need help can make anyone feel helpless. They treated me and my parents with such professionalism and kindness. Did I mention this was the time between the first snow in February and runs into Snowmageddon? “Recently, All Seasons was incredibly helpful to me when I I received a fraudulent quote for an HVAC repair from Mountain Air in Tacoma. The tech had claimed that a water flow system was not installed on my unit which was causing leakage and gave me a written estimate of $3,500. When I spoke with All Seasons, the tech informed me that the original installers should be taking care of this problem. At the time, I did not know which company had installed the unit as I had recently purchased the home. David instructed me in how to find the builder and did not push me to have All Seasons do the work. I found the builder and installer who confirmed that the water flow unit had, in fact been installed and that the leak was due to a clogged line which was easily flushed and the problem resolved. I appreciate the guidance and support from All Seasons, given their integrity and assistance in helping me solve the issue, despite my not needing to hire them for service.
