Thomas Senn was our technician today. I was so impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and patience. He took the time to educate me by explaining the steps he took and what I could do to help myself, now and in the future. Wish there were more technicians like him!!!!
Capital Heating and Cooling have been servicing my furnace and AC for several years now and I have been very satisfied with their work. Their technicians are professional and know what they are doing. Ryan H just did our annual service, and he did a great job! He took the time to explain what he was doing and looking for every step of the way. I felt totally at ease. Thank you!
We had the best experience with Thomas Senn today walked me through my complete heating/cooling and air intake systems for best maintenance practices. They were pretty dirty, feel like we’re gonna breathe easier already! Also worked with Austyn making the appointment over the phone she was super accommodating and ensured we got an appointment immediately! Thank you for being a company that cares!
