I had an excellent experience with Pacific Air today. They were able to get me on their schedule the same day to inspect my AC unit and fix it on site. My technician Matt arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He went above and beyond walking me through my AC unit, explaining the issue and the path forward. He did great work in little time and also looked at my furnace just to explain the unit and give me his thoughts. After my interaction with him today I immediately got on the schedule for biannual inspections. Reasonable prices and friendly people, no up selling. Recommend 100%
Pacific Heating Air were incredible,they came out on a Sunday at 9:30 am and left at 6:30pm.Phil and Matt did an excellent job,the attention to detail was impeccable.How they got all that equipment in that closet is beyond me but looks perfect and very high tech futuristic.It was 95 degrees at 5:30 and Matt wasn't done yet,he had another service call after me,on to another customer in need.Phil the lead tech stayed and discussed everything,his knowledge in the HVAC industry is excellent, I highly recommend Pacific Heating Air for all your heating and condition needs hands down.....
