“On December 28th my heat went off. I phoned Sunset Air who I have used for servicing my heating system for 13 years and explained that my husband was in the hospital and I was alone with no heat except for a propane fireplace in the livingroom that puts out little heat. I was told that because of the Holiday no one could come out to help for one week. I then phoned Olympic Heating & Cooling after a recommendation from my neighbor. There was someone out here within the hour. The problem was accessed as a malfunctioning heat pump and emergency heating was started up. What a relief! I have since had the company install a complete new heating system. I can't say enough about the courtesy and efficiency of Olympic Heating. This is a family run company with employees who care about people. Thank you so much for being there for me.“

“Despite all the plot twists fixing my heat pump, Drew really proved that this company treats their customers with respect and dignity.
I recently adopted a new-to-me/old-to-life HVAC system and needed someone come see what was wrong with it— an initial visit revealed that my whole heat pump system was shot, but Drew checked my warranty and I was within 2 months of the 10-year warranty. WOW, what luck that was! Scheduling with him again a week later to replace the system with newly purchased and ordered parts thru the warranty, he began the long and laborious process of replacing the parts. Unfortunately, he discovered that the fan purchased and sent with my order was incorrect, tools were limited, and daylight was fading— so began the true test of customer service! Drew was going to make this right or die trying; mind you, this was a Friday afternoon turned into a Friday night to get the job done as opposed to leaving me hanging for several more weeks or even months, a selfless act to say the least. I might just owe this guy homemade lattes for life. Thanks so much Drew, for your help! You have earned a permanent invite to the carne asadas 😌
