At this point in my life as a home owner, I've had a few experiences with contractors. This group of folks have definitely raised the bar for me.
To begin with, the process of getting an estimate done was actually pleasant. The rep came with everything they needed to help finalize what we were envisioning, then give us a total cost before they left.
Next, during the process of completing our new deck they kept us updated daily with the use of an app that allowed for two way communication between us and the main office, which they were very prompt in answering, showing us what was next up on the project, and pictures of the work being done.

Working with Sam has been such a great experience. He made the whole process seem so easy. We must have asked hundreds of question and he had the answers and the patience to answer all. We are at the beginning of the remodel and are currently living in another state but this did not seem to make a difference. Everyone has been so professional and friendly.
We had Evergreen Home Exteriors replace our roof and install exterior doors for us. They go above and beyond making sure to communicate everything that is going on. Their team was professional and did a great job on both of our projects. Would highly recommend them!
