York added a dining area addition on to our house and remodeled the living room, den, kitchen, pantry, laundry room and primary bathroom. They added stairs to our deck and refreshed the Gaco outdoor surface.Julie Roland, interior designer, was fabulous helping us make choices about cabinets, tiles, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and many other design details.The construction superintendent, Jesse Nash, kept us informed and was creative in problem solving when we had to make changes to our design based on budget or structural requirements. Off the hook and my usual go to. Organization of management is obvious and things take time to happen. York Enterprises replaced a deck with tRex decking and modern looks with all safety in place. Then they replaced two aging sliding doors from the 80's to more modern easy to operate sliding doors. Finally, they replaced the front door with nice side lights. My wife and I recently learned we may have water damage in our bathroom due to a faulty toilet installation from a previous contractor years ago. We called York Enterprises based on their reputation and couldn't be happier. Tyler came out, inspected the damage and gave a very reasonable quote to repair the damage and replace the flooring. He even gave us a few recommendations on affordable flooring to buy which saved us hundreds of dollars. The team came out, made all the necessary repairs and were very pleasant. Our bathroom never looked better and the communication from Tyler and the team was fantastic during the entire process. Thanks everyone!
