“So I was going to leave a one-star review, which I decided to be petty. I'm giving this five-star review to Mary. She has been an absolute delight every single time. She is a genuine asset. Always sweet and kind. We need more people like her in our world.

My one star review was going to be towards a gal who was running the front desk this morning. .. i had not been to the doctor in 3 years and was looking forward to my new doctor's appointment, even though I used to be a patient. The gal had a beauty mark on her right cheek, I believe. She was snarky and unpleasant. In our three - to four minute conversation, she did not look me in my eye once. A very un admirable characteristic. It was early, and there was a bunch of medicated baby boomers in the office, so i'm giving her the benefit of the doubt. I was so turned off by her, I left. I had been waiting for that appointment for a month. Lol

But wow! What a night and day difference it is dealing with someone who is consciously kind versus someone who doesn't even think and is unpleasant to interact with.“

“After a car accident, I was incredibly discouraged that I would be able to heal as I suffered from back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, and frequent headaches. Dr. Bradley and the crew were AMAZING to work with. They all did a phenomenal job at listening to what I was feeling, assessing my body, creating a game plan, and executing my treatment. All of them have great personalities and make it really easy to feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Today was my last treatment at Airrosti, and although I am not yet “whole”, I am super hopeful for the future. I was super impressed with his approach to care and willingness to consult with other providers on what was going on with my kiddo. He also reached out via mychart to check in on how my son was doing the days following. I had never had an urgent care provider follow up-thank you for your true compassion for care.“

“I have been coming to Horizon View Health for several years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about Doctor Baker and his gang!From the front office staff, all the way back to his Medical Assistants, Doctor Baker's got a really great staff!There is one Medical Assistant in particular that I'd like to recognize, and her name is Deanna.She has worked tirelessly on getting prior authorizations from my insurance for my medications, and I have dealt with my new (more expensive) insurance... she gets a "GOLD Star" in my book!!The reason for my post today, was because I had an appointment with Doctor Baker on Tuesday, and Deanna checked me in, and as we were talking, she scolded me for doing something that I shouldn't be doing, and we both just laughed, but I had the BEST laugh I've had since my good friends from back home moved away a couple years ago.I went in there to check my A1C, and I walked out of there feeling Great!!The personal relationships that Horizon View Health employees build with their patients, it's not just special, it's individual to each patient and this allows the patients to feel so comfortable and free enough.... to just laugh out loud!“
