The clinic was not crowded so I was able to get in quickly. The RN was knowledgeable and helpful. Also when I sent a message via my chart after my appointment, she was very responsive.
Reportedly the care is wonderful in person but just in case anyone wants to call them, here is a warning! When I called, the phone wait was AWFUL and I finally hung up after an hour and 12 minutes with no answer (see screenshot).
It was a fantastic experience. It was my first time but I was soooo impressed. From the receptionists,nurses,and doctor...I was treated with kindness and concern. They really listened to me. Rare these days.
