MultiCare South Hill Family Medicine is described by patients as an excellent clinic with helpful and accommodating staff. The physicians and providers are consistently noted as exceptional, caring, kind, competent, responsive, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly listen to patient concerns and offer great treatment options, providing care greater than one could imagine. The nurses and lab personnel are also well-liked. While some patients express concern over providers leaving, the practice overall gives patients hope for the medical system, with some families receiving care for multiple generations.
Dr. Jessica Greb was my primary care doc, and was excellent! However, she has moved on to new adventures in her career, and Dr. Dennise Robinson is my new doctor. Dr. Robinson is also really sweet and a great doctor. Both took care of my medication refills, addressed my concerns, and was very helpful with following up on my health issues. The office staff are also very nice at check-in. 5 stars all around!
I have been a patient with MultiCare for around 20 years. The South Hill location is conveniently located including an on-site laboratory. The providers are amazing! I love my doctors! They take the time to listen AND will give you a plan going forward. Refills on medication, appointment setting, etc., are all computerized or a phone call away. The staff are kind and helpful and waiting times are very good, sometimes, only five minutes! And, they do video calls. Like I said, they are amazing!!
Wonderful!!! Best staff and it’s so nice to have a doctor who really hears you and understands what care you need. It’s apparent that this clinic and their staff truly care about their patients. I’m very excited to have finally found the right place for me.
