I’ve been coming to sound family since I was a kid (literally). They’ve always been fantastic over the years in every single way. Today was the first time in my entire life being let down a bit by the clinic. This is my first time being pregnant and came in for my first appointment today. I checked in nice and early, waited 30 min passed my appointment time to be called back (which I really didn’t care too much about), but then my appointment just felt rushed and not very special unfortunately. I had another experience due to the people I found them here,so welcoming and friendly and listening, they did whatever they could to see I got my ID insurance number, they took their time, at sound family you're at home

I been as a patient with Sound Family medicine for years and it’s always been pleasant from all the stuff. No wonder it’s called a Family cause they are amazing. They treat you like a family!!!
