I cannot sing the praises of this clinic enough. My kiddo saw Oscar Herrera an ARNP here last week. I was super impressed with his approach to care and willingness to consult with other providers on what was going on with my kiddo. He also reached out via mychart to check in on how my son was doing the days following. I had never had an urgent care provider follow up-thank you for your true compassion for care.
Me daughter developed a very high fever to where she was hallucinating and couldn’t stand on her own. Woodcreek was able not only make her an appointment but to make it with no wait time and I was able to go get her seen immediately. Our nurse Kiara was amazing, very caring and attentive. Making sure we were taken care of and she was comfortable.
Oscar and all of the MAs/front desk are wonderful, friendly, welcoming and professional. Everything is explained clearly and they made sure I understood the aftercare given and answered any and all questions I asked. I am thankful for Oscar and the team at the Sunrise clinic.
