“I cannot say enough good things about First Rate Roofing! Their customer service is exemplary, and the roof itself is absolutely beautiful! Their color choices are amazing, and the quality of their workmanship really shows. Our house really does look like the nicest one on the street now! I was also blown away by how quickly they were able to finish the job; just two and a half days! They also came thousands under two other bids and I’m still trying to figure out how!

I was representing my mom who has lost about 80% of her hearing, and I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and patience. Brandon H. took the time to explain every product used and go over our bid line by line with us in order for us to feel confident about our choice. The thing that stood out to me the most was when he said, “This is the roof I would put on my mom’s house” and from there on I felt like these guys were really looking out for her. The project manager, Brandon C., was also great to work with. He would answer immediately anytime I had a question for him. I was also blown away when he saved the old heat tape and had it installed in the new gutters by Chad, who was also so kind! These guys really went above and beyond for us, cannot recommend enough!“

“I've worked with Greater American Construction, Curtis and Dyanne, before but this project was windows at my parents' house which is mostly a log house. Mom really wanted windows with the blinds behind the glass. We only had 3 options for companies. When we decided on the windows we contacted Curtis to see if he could get them and do the installation. He could and we were set. We were all much more comfortable with the idea of them doing the install since I've worked with them before and their work has always been stellar. I've referred them to several friends and their work is consistently amazing. Highly recommend them. I've used them for windows and roof at my house. I don't think I ever wrote a review after those (well windows were so long ago the internet might not have been available haha). I'll probably need to replace those windows someday and I know who I'll be calling. ;) I really enjoy working with them. Just wish we had more money for more projects they could do for us.“

“Joe Lynch came out and looked at my roof. When it is time to replace my roof, I plan on hiring Joe and his team at Henderson Roofing. Courteous, professional, and I felt that I received a very honest feedback. My roof did not need any repairs period and still had quite a bit of life left in them. Of the 3 roofing companies I had asked to come and look at my roof, Joe was the only one who took his ladder out and climbed up to see it himself. The only reason why I wanted to have my roof looked at because my home owners insurance renewal was increasing quite a bit and was told it was due to my roof soon to be reaching the legal age of 21. I changed insurance companies last week to avoid the increase. And today, their property inspector came and said my roof and my house was in great condition! Thank you Joe and Henderson Roofing!“

They brought what was needed for the job the first time. On the day they started they showed up early and went right to work. The crew worked like a Indy 500 pit crew, — little talking, everyone knowing and doing their job with precision. A well oiled machine. We had a leaking sunroom, which was not part of their job, but they fixed it. It has rained fairly hard today and the sunroom has not leaked. “I will preface this by saying that I rarely leave negative reviews. As a small business owner I thoroughly understand what negative reviews entail. Considering this, both my wife and myself have reached out several times via phone call and text with absolutely no response. Our gutters leak in spots they shouldn't and do not drain in spots they should. It is my belief that if one side was raised slightly this would fix the issue. Could I do this myself? Sure. Do I feel i should have to after spending thousands on gutters? Absolutely not. It is my hope that this review gains the attention that it needs from the business owner and that we receive, at the very least, a call back to discuss. It would be entirely preferable that the gutters be fixed. I will update this review once the call is made or if the issue is fixed. If there is no update then no progress has been made. I've attached photos of one of the issues..

“Shane and his team did an outstanding job of carefully cleaning and gently the moss off of our north-facing rooftops and also cleaned out the associated gutters and downspouts as well. They cleaned up every flat surface and areas impacted by the overspray and removed moss, and checked the roof for loose shingles as well.
