“Inland Roofing and Supply finished replacing our roof earlier this month. For me, there were three parts to the roofing experience: the bids, the process and the results.

Bids:
Hayden provided a detailed written bid explaining what they would do and how it would be done. He was one of five bidders.

He took the time to go through it line by line and answer any questions.

He noticed issues with the current roof that needed to be fixed that no other bidder caught.

Process:
They carefully protected everything around the house with tarps before starting every day. By the end of each day, all roofing debris was meticulously cleaned up.

Hayden and John always showed up early. They kept me informed each morning about what to expect.

My dog liked to watch and hang out with them. So did other dogs in the neighborhood. Nothing bothered them.

Results:
The finished roof is a dramatic improvement. Hayden and John went above and beyond to fix areas on the roof that have been problems in the past. Their work appears to reflect their many years of experience.

Hayden reviewed the warranty with me so I know exactly what to do if any issues arise.

“I’m sorry I don’t have more houses that need new roofs. There work is exceptional. Tim Nicholas and his crew, especially Ric, did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would. They brought what was needed for the job the first time. On the day they started they showed up early and went right to work. Everyone was professional, polite, and careful not to cause damage to our plants and shrubs. They told us where the problem areas were on the roof and what to expect. The crew worked like a Indy 500 pit crew, — little talking, everyone knowing and doing their job with precision. A well oiled machine. And importantly, they completed the job within the time frame promised. After they finished and cleaned up there was no trace that they were ever here. We had a leaking sunroom, which was not part of their job, but they fixed it. It has rained fairly hard today and the sunroom has not leaked. “I will preface this by saying that I rarely leave negative reviews. As a small business owner I thoroughly understand what negative reviews entail. Considering this, both my wife and myself have reached out several times via phone call and text with absolutely no response. Our gutters leak in spots they shouldn't and do not drain in spots they should. It is my belief that if one side was raised slightly this would fix the issue. Could I do this myself? Sure. Do I feel i should have to after spending thousands on gutters? Absolutely not. It is my hope that this review gains the attention that it needs from the business owner and that we receive, at the very least, a call back to discuss. It would be entirely preferable that the gutters be fixed. I will update this review once the call is made or if the issue is fixed. If there is no update then no progress has been made. I've attached photos of one of the issues..
