Would never work with anyone else. DG Roofing is one of those one in a million businesses that put the customer before the dollar. It started with the absolutely, “No Pressure Sale”. Our rental unit needed a complete tear-off and new roof. Allan presented us with several options, including some that would save us significant cost. We landed on a program that fit our needs and budget perfectly. They were fast, professional, extremely clean, quality focused and more than fair. After the job had begun I asked if I could purchase more venting. They said no and gifted us with several more roof vents at no charge. Who does that? If six were an option they would get all six. Now, after a pretty good wind storm, we lost a few shingles on our primary home. DG was there again for us. The job was completed in less than an hour.
DG did a great job on my roof, and they did it promptly and efficiently while communicating with me throughout the process to address any questions or concerns. The guys were very pleasant and professional, and the price was very fair. They cleaned up everything afterward and I would highly recommend them.
I had an issue with a fairly new roof installed by another company. I called them to look at it and their recommendation to just put up some heat tape was not satisfactory. I called Sam at DG and he came out and assessed the problem saying there was an area of the roof that was incorrectly installed. He sent out his crew and they quickly fixed it. His crew members were polite, quick, and professional. I am very impressed!
