Alexander worked with my insurance company, giving them pictures, details, etc. to help them see all of the problem areas. “Holy cow daniel you are the man!
So I started last week and had a roof repair and gutters put on and siding all put on. They busted out the roof in two days and then got the old siding ripped off and then put up brand new hardy board with new facia around the windows and garage. Stayed right on budget super respectful crew they set a time to be there and were there and left at a certain time only asking to stay past that time one time to finish something they didnt want leave unfinished over the night.

Our rental unit needed a complete tear-off and new roof. Allan presented us with several options, including some that would save us significant cost. After the job had begun I asked if I could purchase more venting. They said no and gifted us with several more roof vents at no charge. Who does that? If six were an option they would get all six. “Inland Roofing and Supply finished replacing our roof earlier this month. For me, there were three parts to the roofing experience: the bids, the process and the results.

Bids:
Hayden provided a detailed written bid explaining what they would do and how it would be done. He was one of five bidders.

He took the time to go through it line by line and answer any questions.

He noticed issues with the current roof that needed to be fixed that no other bidder caught.

Process:
They carefully protected everything around the house with tarps before starting every day. By the end of each day, all roofing debris was meticulously cleaned up.

Hayden and John always showed up early. They kept me informed each morning about what to expect.

My dog liked to watch and hang out with them. So did other dogs in the neighborhood. Nothing bothered them.

Results:
The finished roof is a dramatic improvement. Hayden and John went above and beyond to fix areas on the roof that have been problems in the past. Their work appears to reflect their many years of experience.
