They brought what was needed for the job the first time. On the day they started they showed up early and went right to work. Everyone was professional, polite, and careful not to cause damage to our plants and shrubs. They told us where the problem areas were on the roof and what to expect. The crew worked like a Indy 500 pit crew, — little talking, everyone knowing and doing their job with precision. A well oiled machine. And importantly, they completed the job within the time frame promised. After they finished and cleaned up there was no trace that they were ever here. We had a leaking sunroom, which was not part of their job, but they fixed it. It has rained fairly hard today and the sunroom has not leaked. “We had a great experience with Kodiak Roofing. We had chunks of our roof torn off beginning of 2021 after a huge wind storm. Every company told us there was a 6 month wait. Minimum. Here they started within a week of me contacting them and were done in 2 days. Everything was nice and clean after they were done. We went through our insurance. Kodiak Roofing were pretty good about how long it took for us to receive our money from insurance. Great work!Been meaning to write a review kept forgetting. Sorry took so long.“
