Customers praise Heritage for their professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency. They highlight the company's willingness to assist with insurance claims and their commitment to addressing issues promptly, even small cosmetic repairs. The replacement for a broken shingle was perfectly matched and aligned, with no visible indication of where the repair occurred. Heritage stands out because most roofing companies are not available for repairs and maintenance. Their techniques not only reduce wear and tear but also enhance the longevity of roofs.
Heritage Roofing just completed a roof overhaul, with gutters still to be installed. Throughout the process, the team showed passion for roofing, answering all questions, no matter how small. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Despite some challenges that a 120-year-old house presented, they handled everything smoothly, and the roof looks incredible. Customers appreciate their quick response times and knowledge about permits and inspections, which many other companies often struggle with. Heritage Roofing is recognized for its great work ethic and reputation for honoring permits, making it a trusted choice for all roofing needs.
