My doctor was recently forced to relocate here. She is still great but the front office staff here are rude and unfriendly. The location is also a pain, it so hard to find parking. They also don’t have a separate sick waiting area, which I don’t appreciate.

Love my doctor and they’ve been through hell and back due to Covid but when I have an appointment that says it’ll be say 40mins and after 20 I’m getting the rushed feeling to wrap things up it kinda is unsettling. This has happened several times and I may have to speak to Providence because of this. Usually I don’t even get my topics or questions if duscussion asked before I feel like I’m taking up too much time whenI technically have 20mins left etc. Like it’s becoming an insurance claim money grab more than anything…..NOT COOL!

Never met a doctor so delusional as Dr. Klopsch. While he makes probably triple or even more of what I make (someone who is in the working class). he has the audacity to tell me to quit my job after I asked about the possibilities of being on limited duty because of my anxiety and migraines due to me putting between 70-100+ hrs a week (forgot to mention my pancreatic attacks as well). I love my job itself and the fact that my job includes benefits/pension…it’s my career but I need protection for my mental health as well as physical and safety. He rushed me out as soon as he could after making me wait 45 min for my appt, he didn’t care to see me he just wanted to...read full review
