I’ve been well served by the doctors, nurses & staff here for over 5 years. Good support from advice nurses and the doctors have access to full Providence services to refer for lab, imaging, and emergency room after hours. The billing system runs right.
I don't understand all these negative reviews. Dr. Krieg has always been respectful and responsive. She doesn't seem rushed, she listens to my concerns, and knows what to do about them. I've never been kept waiting more than five minutes in the waiting room. I appreciate that all the doctors I have seen here have read my chart and understand my history.
