“I was nervous changing medical carriers after being with Kaiser for 25+ years. Providence did not disappoint. From setting up myChart in advance to booking my appointment, it was seamless. The reception team was friendly and helpful.
This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.
Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.“

“Every appointment I've had here, everyone has been so incredibly nice and welcoming. The front desk staff are always extremely welcoming. We've had appointments with 3 different ultrasound techs and everyone of them were super nice, talked us through everything they were looking at and worked really hard to get us the best pictures possible of our baby.
