Was there early and seen right away, the tech was very kind! And really listened to my Answers, the dr him self is young but has a lot of info if you ask. The office staff were all great. Very good place to come for your eye visits!,
The doctor was absolutely amazing and quick but the check-in/front desk staff were subpar at best. It took over 20 minutes for them to print a physician’s note for our daughter for school. They also do not understand how insurance works (specifically double coverage). We had to pay out of pocket upfront because they don’t understand how to bill a secondary insurance. One of the front desk staff was openly frustrated with another staff member, which made it uncomfortable at check out as well.
