“From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the time I checked out with my new glasses, my experience was excellent. Everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
After reading some of the negative reviews, I honestly found them hard to relate to based on my own experience. The office was clean, welcoming, and the staff treated me with kindness and respect throughout my visit.
I've been to many optometrists over the years, and this office is by far my favorite. The level of customer service and care I received was outstanding.
As for some of the complaints I've seen in other reviews, a little perspective goes a long way. If you drive over a mountain pass to visit an office without an appointment and discover they're closed, that's not really a reflection of the business—it's a planning issue. Judging a practice based on circumstances like that seems unfair.
